(these may even be considered abuse)
despite that
Change does not happen through shame.
There is an issue of normalized abuse in this industry as a whole.
Trying to solve an abusive industry through shaming individuals will not change the industry. It will, however cause more people to go to extreme lengths to hide harm they’ve done
We need to support people changing and to help facilitate a cultural reset to the industry as a whole.
I am asking on this platform individuals to hold themselves accountable and the community aids their growth by supporting their journey to better horsemanship
